Returns Policy
- •Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- •Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- •Proof of purchase (order confirmation email/receipt) is required.
- •Customers bear return shipping costs except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
Refunds Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. In case of replacement, a new item will be shipped after the return is verified.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchased product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Courts of Jalandhar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
